I kinda only skimmed the day one threads when event started. Missed most things. Wanted to do the karaoke but it's probably too late now.

Walter and Wu Xin have threaded on network twice, yes! I imagine at some point by now they've glimpsed each other in person. but if you want them to meet at karaoke, that CAN happen just know it will be very very slow because Of My Plot
but Once My Plot Is Over, if we do not have a thread yet, wu xin will be a very high priority. he's walter's inmate cousin after all...

Wu Xin wouldn't know him from just glimpse since they're on audio (I think?), though Walter would probably recognize him. I mean, how many monks are on the ship?

Yeah like in my head Walter somehow gathered that there was this vegetarian/vegan monk kid in the cafeteria and hoped to himself he was okay and maybe saw him looking at toppings or something like "hoh .. hum...." and went to explain That One Is Cheese
