[MH but keeping it funny] so my MH took a bit of a nose dive and I've been doing some runs for my stupid mental health but IT IS fucking cold as shit here. So I ran the whole block and was pretty damn proud I didn't stop
But then I go inside, getting ready to go back to work, and my lungs are like

I THOUGHT I AVOIDED THE COLD AIR COUGH
I DID NOT
It's not bad and Terry and I are laughing about it because I was like wow I didn't get that little tickle cough I get when I usually run in the cold
