I just found out the nanny of my kids are hurting and not taking care of them well. My mind is racing, I'm distraught, and shaken.
We can't lose a nanny because we work in a graveyard shift and I currently have 2 jobs.

The amount of hard work I've been doing for them doesn't even matter if I can't protect them. I want to cry. I'm useless.
