creators: if I'm thinking about sharing my sim with another store owner or two, do you think this is something which might generate interest? I'd love advice from anyone with experience in this.
Anyone know what other creators do? rent parcels out? do people prefer having a pre-designed sim build to move into or to do their own thing? In my mind I'm thinking some kind of semi/urban shopping district.
Customer view: If there's a sim with like 3 or 4 stores spread out over the sim and I get there for one store, I usually at least cam over to see what the others have, too.
Also a customer, not a creator, but I've always really enjoyed well-thought-out shopping regions with a cohesive concept. I like exploring all the stores in the area as a whole shopping experience. It works best if the stores have a similar feel to them, because if a customer likes one, they're more likely to like others.
In the olden days, I spent more time at Starlust than in my own home. I loved Albero and Cioccolata. I still shop in Tableau, even though there are fewer shops than there used to be.
