It seems with no notice, no letters, no email, and online updates telling me otherwise, I have not been getting my dissability payments for my wrist since november 4th
Tried calling both claim departments over the past house and a half only to go through automatic phone hell. After taking forever on the first one I finally found my way to a representative only to be told by automatic message that "representatives are too busy to get to my call"
after more automated crap, I get to my account only for the robot to read every single payment that they supposedly sent out over the past month in gross detail none of which I received only to give me the option to review it again or hang up. I repeat representitve , no go. I press go back to previous menu- -It hangs up on me
