alright vacation is over, time to sort out this inbox

i have... dropped a lot of ancient tags, as fond as i was of all my lxy threads and being a weird little guy at various people, alas

styxbutterfly: alright! for me it's not too late to keep going with it but i wasn't sure if you were preferring to stick to more recent events only

it's not entirely an event thing so i'm fine with continuing

also re: recent events: llh ended up NOT sacrificing his own healing power/internal energy regain for the crystal. it was a hard choice and he would have done so (his mistrust of vaeros did not outweigh his worry for the state of the world) but

a) his energy is needed for growing Cat's miracle cure, so giving up his own health means giving up Cat's health too and b) he's at a point where he genuinely wants to do better by the people who care for him and if he gave up both his and Cat's lives those people would not in fact be better off even if that HAD helped to save the world

SO NOW THAT THE SACRIFICES WEREN'T ENOUGH AND IT'S ETERNAL NIGHT AND WINTER OUT THERE he is not doing like. great. about it!!! BUT he is feeling physically a lot better than he did last winter and that's worth something at least

so we'll see what the december event is but mostly he's not very active and focusing the energy that he does have on his little circle of close cr

YEAH LIKE it's good to see people trying to band together, that inspires some hope (even if it's a bit late now huh), but he doesn't really have anything to spare for the town at large even if he was the type to get involved. he grew a lot of food and prepped like crazy during summer and thank GOD his house has central heating but that's it

(post-timelines event he actually went and spent his own shards on improving his own house properly. it was a big day for Will-To-Live Havers)

it's okay!!! no apologies!!! with him i gotta stay in the present a lot bc im dumb and cant go back to the mindset of x amount of time ago IM THE DINGUS. but im also down for bitchy little text threads between them.
