I thought you were gonna do the face and hair on your own too. 8D I saw a person's progress journal on MFC where they did the face and hair themself if you wanted to read it. I thought it had some good tips. For clothes, OB11 size clothes fit Nendo dolls, so you might be able to buy something that works for your charactr

Best advice I can give is to look for an existing hair piece that looks close to what you want and go from there. Good thing about this is nendoroid market splits allow you to pick a different front and back piece so you can mix and match as necessary.

If nothing else, you can probably make the skirt very easily; skirts are one of the easiest things to make in general! Take a look at this post too.

OB11 clothes are really popular. You can find tons on Taobao. But for commissioning a custom piece, I'm not as sure where to look. Wish you luck!
