Tonight we are having an experiment for dinner. We recently bought ground turkey for the first time, and decided to make a version of Shepherd's pie with it.

the right seasonings are the normal seasonings you cannot go wrong with ground turkey, it's much like ground pork

Basically we started with a beef recipe for cottage pie and just substituted a ground turkey with our usual fat ratio.

I stopped eating beef and pork about 10 years ago and found that ground turkey was an easy substitute for many beef typical recipes. I’m sure it will be delicious.

I'm trying to find a better diet and limiting red meat isn't that hard.
