as someone who does marketing work with them: don't just log out, make sure to clear all your cookies related to meta sites so that they have less ad tracking on you (several can follow you even when you're logged out)

Hosts files unfortunately don't wildcard subdomains do you'll need to, for example, add both "Log into Facebook" and "Log into Facebook"

Naturalcyber: usually via cookies, which are different from cache. your browser should have an option to delete them individually by domain if you don't want to clear them wholesale.

I don't use any of these personally, but I do for work. I'm not sure if they'll let me ignore 2 out of our 4 platforms for a week. But we'll see.
