Jambalaya!! Though I added a bit too much stock so that’s why it’s a bit soupy.

It tastes really good though.

I was thinking one or the other!! lol I hedged my bet on gumbo, but man it looks so good.

I made enough for leftovers so hopefully the rice absorbs some of the leftover liquids overnight.
