question for you and lookashiny - would Cloud have learned anything that might point him toward "oh Eli's brother is in a biker gang" or "is a criminal" or whatnot, in the time between lunch crashing and dinner?

Anshi is probably a well known gangster from the Blocks.

He does a lot of raids outside of the blocks then runs off before he gets caught.

theSSjuli: So his bald shiny head is probably on the most wanted list somewhere, not super high priority because he's had like no murders to his name. But armed and dangerous and probably like theft of over several hundred thousands and wanted for like 50 crimes.

gotcha. so I'll just say that at the lunch, he was only there briefly and didn't recognize Anshi, but since then he's heard the name and looked it up and such

Yeah, he might not have memorized all the wanted list, especially when it's not from their district.

For some reason, Anshi doesn't do crime as much in the district he and his partner works in. I wonder why.
