back in the '90s I worked for basic rights Oregon the group that fought ballot measures 9 and 13, among others. I wrote their grants. at the time there was very little funding for gay kids. organizing funders were focused on fighting the anti-gay ballot measures and on ENDA, GSA was the only funder I found that specifically focused on funding gay kids.
