in my system if we date someone with a source w romantic memories with us it's bc we've known them for AGES and we don't think of ANY of our friends as their source only like

i agree w this but also dating sourcemates is also okay! as long as it's not purely cause you share the same source / only for their source

normally we think of it as like "we're together in every universe trust!!" not "heh I share a source with this person... time to date them!"

I think dating someone with the same source is completely fine we've done it too but dating BECAUSE u share a source is crazy

if it’s someone we romantically are talking to or dating it’s like… person first source second? like yhe only time we’d date a source mate is if the other system was one we’re close to or if it was a headmate or smth

like we have vex and she’s dating zahra (both a sourcemate and headmate)

but yeah it’s a like “wow we know each other in every universe” thing eventually
