I just stepped on the scale.. cuz obviously i gotta lose weight and wanted to know if I'm on the right path. I have been eating properly, 3 meals a day, sometimes even a snack.. I realize how much I have been eating through the last years because I'm not starving or anything close, and still lost 10 kg in the last 3 months.
