Yah that’s why I’m also a bit confused. His neck in the Halloween merch was darker blue/grey.

His finger design is also different so I wonder if the theory that he wears metal cappers to make himself more intimidating/better channel electricity is correct.

Like it looks like they still have points/claws but they don’t have the additional angle like they usually do.
