In the setting, atheists are just people who look at the divine acts of the gods and go "Yeah so what if they've got super powers, I'm still not worshiping Dr. Strange or Superman"
If I had to choose a god in the setting though: Nocticula. Easily. Former Succubus Demon Lord turned Redeemed Queen Goddess? Yes pls. 
She's also the Goddess of making art that's true to yourself, so there's a fine reason as any to believe in her.
