Yes, in the past I’d been prescribed it with no issues and it worked a treat. I now use it in skincare! lol

Our paramedic rigs have TXA on board for excessive bleeding treatment in the field with injuries. We were amongst the early adopters and the first at high elevation.

Long and short it is made for helping control heavy bleeding. Up here we have very long transport times so as long as no contraindications, it is an option for paramedics to use. I'm only an EMT

IIRC (and it was a while ago) It worked pretty damn quickly

Kittywitch: iirc? And I finished my first 5 days. Day 1 was horrendous day 2 was almost gone and from 3-5 was medium. Idk so far still going.... idk when I’m supposed to even take the next round since I’m still “bleeding”
