oh the "life experience" part is so funny because it gives me flashbacks to when Allan and Ken had the experience that their experience of real life is the barge

Several people collaborated to permanently murder several dozen other people in the name of a small chance of saving them and were not flagged by the ship morality system so yes Walter now has the baseline assumption that everyone on the Barge is okay with this

siderealtime: talking of which, if Will still gets updates of Wu Xin using his powers, he might get a small ping at end of Shoes flood when Wu Xin 'poked' a hole through the wall. But not the hypnotizing one, just one of his other fighting abilities.
But he might get more pings from fight club. Possibly full pings.
I think the only ping he wanted was if Wu Xin uses his hypnotizing powers, so he will be ping-free!
