only the consultants bother to dress up because they can afford to (and not all of them do) and the interns because they're Tring To Look Professional

tbf I did not like the scrubs (the issue with being a Tiny Asian is that Most Sizes Are Too Big) so I went around in slacks and shirt the whole time

but I would say 90% are in scrubs by the end of the first year

when we meet I am going to pick you up and put you in my pocket to carry around

(it is better now, sizing wise. but I actually have a scrub dress at home that ... look I don't think its meant to be a dress but)
