I'm so glad Rick Astley seems to be having a good time these days

I feel like this is one of the few covers of Pink Pony Club I've seen where the artist covering it has had the confidence to put their own little bit of spin on it too?

Like I've seen a fair number of covers that were really good but mostly they stick pretty close to Chappell's vocal mannerisms and artistic choices. Even when it's a genre twist.

Rick doesn't change a lot but there are several noticable departures from the original song's rhythm or melody
