(mostly bc the questions never seem to do it for me lol)
Your three favorite questions
I'm gonna ASSUME the character in question is everyone's favorite archer
1. How does their upbringing affect them? LIKE MORE THAN HE LETS ON REALLY. he's a down to earth kinda guy that tends not to take things for granted. he knows that he's good but he knows he has to stay good, knows he has to remain the best in order to keep doing what he does, tries to do his version of good and right and just
he's like. murder robin hood okay.
robin hood broke the law but also maybe the laws are stupid sometimes OKAY!!!
5. What are their thoughts when violence is appropriate? What do they think of pacifism? pacifism is cute. sure, talking it out's always preferable to violence. but pacifism isn't viable as a solo or long-term strategy
always be ready for violence. maybe don't deliberately try to escalate a situation...unless it's called for.
6. What are they like with money? Do they budget? Do they spend indiscriminately? I like this one for clint just bc I think this is one of those areas where comics and movies veer dramatically
not to say he was always good with money, because for a good long while he didn't have money, and wasn't raised with any good money habits besides 'obtain money (through Ways and Means), eat food'
but I think once he had a steady income and ssssslightly more stable life, more so even with Laura who likely had a lot better money habits, he got pretty good with money
save that shit, save it save it save it, and then he probably goes through splurge phases
mellows that out as he gets older and just tries to make sure shit's got a half-decent budget. laura's very helpful with that too. kids are expensive, yo.
(maybe don't ask about the prospects of sending three kids to college!!!!)
