An update, but given some recent discussion in the community about celeb/RPF RP and some games opening up and the fact I got a celeb game submitted to the masterlist as well, I've decided to take a policy of only allowing fiction-based RP to be advertised on emp

Fictionalized historical figures are one thing but just playing actual modern day people is another

I think it makes some people uncomfortable and also people come to the various dwrp resources looking for specific things.

So I've added a rule barring it.
