my bad arm/wrist (from the stroke) gets sore really easy now when I type a lot. I want to try fixing that by doing some daily or semi-daily writing

how many words a day, or every other day, do you guys think I should aim for?
I'm working on my bad leg too with frequent walks and trips to the gym (bonus, toning my belly for wedding dress trying)
I'd start small and work your way up! maybe aim for like. A drabble to begin, and then work your way up in 100 word increments
