Pwedeng refund o increase ang maging resulta ng regulatory reset. Nagkaroon ng refund kasi from the previous regulatory reset, may mga nakolekta ang Meralco na hindi nagamit. Yung reset nangyayari kada limang taon, roughly.

forgotmyog: Patayin mo main breaker ng bahay (as in patay lahat ng appliances) tapos check mo kung tumatakbo metro/kontador. I think visually chine-check din ni uncle kung may kakaibang wires malapit sa metro, sa bahay nyo papunta sa kapitbahay o sa breaker.
