Just a little update. I am still struggling many times, there are still things to take care of that take time and a lot of energy and the nights and evenings are difficult because it's too quiet and I am so used to us talking random shit. But I'm also kinda okay. Breathing and stuff.
I wish I had someone local to just hang with, or body double so I can get my flat sorted (Adhd sucks I have issues to start and continue things). It's pretty lonely by myself. But I'm grateful for my friends across the world I can talk with online anytime.
Thanks to my new blood pressure meds the heart palpitations that worried me so much have gone away at the moment. Perimenopause still sucks. But that's not unusual.
I know there are adhd/body doubling discord groups, but it could be more stress if you're uncomfortable with it & strangers. Maybe we should do a plurk one sometime! I could definitely use it.
