moosechangerpat so it's public even if not easy for others but you have to carry it forward for me anyway -- are you have any paralysis-type symptoms etc? You generally don't do the B2 Dad and I do since you don't get the migraines as often; but it helps a lot with the paralysis too

Moosey's so allergic to peanuts/pb that he was super fucking addicted and we can't safely have it in the house because it's dangerous so he's gotten really good about it, but I try not to have it around him much and definitely make sure we're not relying on it

okay "substitutes" for paprika are the same problem so I just skipped it but used onion and garlic powder as we know that's safe
