I made a garlic-heavy, acid-forward pulled beef shortrib chili tonight
it was very good, but uh.
For two hours I have been sounding off at least every 5 minutes, more like every 3, at 150% normal volume.
I am familiar with chili farts. and garlic farts. and I am now on metformin. but the combo of the 3 I was not prepared for.
it is not just that they're louder than usual. they all have the same tone of someone blowing a raspberry through a bugle.
therefore, Tanya referred to me as Gassius Clay.
TBF I tried to come up with something vaguely more clever, but was VERY TIRED
