played Coteries of New York last night & now really itching to run my Elder Scrolls Style Tremere Chantry Haunted House one-shot

issue: if I do, it will turn into a campaign, I am nearly certain

I just like the idea so much. a group of previously punished vampires - from as many clans, time periods, etc as the players like - are un-staked in the basement of a Tremere chantry where they were kept on ice

contact has been lost with the house above the crypt sublevel

and the first guards who went to check it out have vanished

so the remaining guards are unstaking prisoners a few at a time & sending them up to check things out

you are not the first group sent

vitae is running low (except from other staked prisoners)

bam. instant coterie.

.....I want to play that and I don't even like vampire

(Rina didn't you play a vampire LARP for 20 years? Yes, but you see, that was a case of "this is where all my friends are on Saturday night" and I played not-a-vampire every single time the STs were silly enough to let me get away with it)
