OOOH. I love talking about this yes. So mechanically speaking Aurelia's dhampirdom race is Vetala-born, which is the alternate racial trait set that boosts Int and Dex and penalizes wis from pathfinder 1e. They gain the weakness of being worse casters in holy zones. Vetala (also called Vetlarana's sometimes) are pyschic vampires naturally.

So from the mechanical I extrapolated a lot of her traits, her ability to see and sense emotions is tied to that heritage that feeds on thoughts and memories, since to eat something you need to be able to find it! Her general allergy to holyness and faith is an expansion of the lowered caster level trait, and also a bit of info about Vetala's

Vetala's can't stand honesty, being genuine and open is there anathema. Which is fun to think about in terms of Aurelia

So Aurelia's need for alternate food comes from being deeply in touch with that vampiric heritage, her lust for blood comes from some of the LONGER lore that I like to stick her with, which is that her family has been manipulated by their ancestor who is one of the Strigori (who were the first vampires, way way back in the age of darkness) to be compatible
