pay our hourly staff better

There's not much foot traffic in the town square, sadly, as the town square is stuck in the middle of the highway.

But we sure did wave at a lot of cars.

I mean I'd also like to be paid better

But the hourly staff and adjuncts have it the worst.

I'll swallow another 2% not-actually-cost-of-living adjustment if you pay the hourly workers at least $15/hr.

(They had an ad for a housekeeping position that started at $9.58 an hour last semester)
