both with in suite laundry and air conditioning...

they're both closer to downtown and in more walkable neighbourhoods

I think they're both smaller of course...

we'll see how it goes, since my lease doesn't end until the end of june I just really want to get things settled

technically the one on friday has the opportunity for two free months on a fourteen month lease - if they frontload the free months I could sign the lease right away and technically have two months to move all my shit over?

I'd prioritize in suite laundry over AC but AC would also improve my life a lot

I've gotten SO heat sensitive that I'm really gonna need the help this summer

plus my muscle problems get worse with hot weather

god yeah heat sensitivity without AC is rough

but AC would be better

obv I live in a different climate but times I have been without proper AC have been fans and cold showers and death

yeah I wouldn't survive living anywhere warmer

most buildings with AC are newer construction which means more expensive which means apartments in my budget are definitely smaller

sigh, today's showing was cancelled because the last unit got taken so hopefully tomorrow's come through
