I think I can correlate wakeup pain and stiffness with Doing Activities (groceries, appointments) the previous day but not 1:1

should I be increasing or decreasing something? do this only in the mornings? every other day? decrease reps/duration? decrease reps of flexes but increase held stretch time? I have no idea

I'm wondering if, because you're hypomobile, you're overextending just a bit at times, which would lead to the stiffness
I hyperextended my elbow in November and it STILL hurts, and it's much sharper than the acheys

I mean, it's kind of on a scale. the microtears from just going a bit past what you should can feel a bit like arthritis aches. Sometimes weather ends up being a factor. Other times it can be how much you hydrated and supplemented yourself to best hold onto that hydration
