I am allergic to an ingredient in most perfumes so shared laundry facilities are a minefield for me. I just washed my linens and I guess I was not careful enough.

i took some of the heavy weight antihistamines and a shower so most of it has gone down, but now i have to redo my laundry booooo

i think this time i will do an empty bleach load first just to be sure
