Maple syrup, apple flavor (because using apple juice on Version 1 caused it to turn to vinegar ;; ) and two cinnamon sticks

I'll leave the flavoring for a week, test, if it's not quite there, I'll leave it another week

then take it off the yeast block

If it works the same as last year, three bottles will get shipped off around mid-June

yeah fresh apple or freeze dried apple might work better than apple juice
