Of course I pray for them. But I also mentioned getting a recording of dogs barking and playing it constantly to normalize the noise and solve the problem that way.

FreshLifeScarlett: thank you for the prayers. Ignoring them was the best thing to do. I also have a neighbor with dogs that bark all day especially around 3 in the morning! I'm used to it and just ignore it too.
