As your local class actions claims processor please 1) fill out the forms accurately or I will cry on you, with snot 2) don't expect to get too much money out of it, and definitely do not pay for expedited postage it will be a net loss. thank you and have a nice bread

look if i had a nickel for every time i've seen someone spend $10+ to post a claim that they didn't fill out correctly or that doesn't qualify at all, I would have an hourly raise of a nickel

a few years after my old iPod died, I got a note from Apple saying that they were legally obligated to replace my dead iPod with the newest model. did I think it was a scam? yes. did I mail them my dead iPod on their dime? also yes.
turns out, it was legit? baffling, but delightful.
