Granted, this might piss off a couple of folks especially the current head of customer support, who obstensibly handles internal requests too, but uh.... I've been doing ALL of that work since the new system came online.
Hopefully this comes with more bucks because supervising people sounds miserable
Likely not a lot more bucks to start as it's more a reorg and I'm already making a fair bit.
