Like he still has to do what she tells him but outside of those explicit instructions he’s able to work against her

Which is not normally the case for wasped individuals

I saw a piece of speculation as to why that is so compelling that I’m straightforwardly adopting it as fact until proven otherwise.

So this has not come up in the comic but word of god from the Foglios from a long time ago is that the reason Klaus’s body is covered in those scars is that he is in fact a construct.

There were three Wulfenbach brothers who got caught in an explosion-type accident, and their parents assembled a new son from pieces of all three. You know, as you do.

So here’s the speculation: what if only 1/3rd of his brain is wasped.

He’s got three partial brains in his noggin, all rigged to work together as one, and the wasp only attached itself to one component.
