Context, I was getting sick from eating bread every day and after trying a few other things I wound up finding out that I had developed a gluten intolerance. It was thankfully mild enough that I didn't need to sanitize my entire kitchen but still
but I was feeling naughty the other night and had a spicy breaded chicken burger, knowing I'd pay for it in the next 24-48 hours, only... It never happened. I never got sick
but I think I ate gluten-free long enough to get the intolerance to die down? So I'll probably wind up just eating it occasionally but still cut back a lot on gluten stuff
