I have been in a lot ot back pain lately, mostly because our mattress sucks ass, so I understand Why I am moving so slow

But slow is not stand-still and neither is rest

handwashing done, made some tea, washed the tea steepers

laundry all folded and put away, couch bed made, dinner happened, I am going to mop and then tuck in
