The opening feels very James Bond-like; I can see why they got Sean Connery to play Henry Jones Sr.

Willie seems completely useless.

The depiction of India isn't great, though I can chalk it up somewhat to it being a small village in the middle of the Great Depression, under attack by a cult and desperate due to their children being kidnapped.

The anti-British sentiment among the Indians seems understandable.

The feast scene alone seems like it's going way too far.

The flirting between Indy and Willie feels like it comes out of nowhere.

I can see why this movie and Gremlins helped to create the PG-13 rating.

I feel like Rare took a lot of inspiration from this movie for Donkey Kong Country's minecart levels.

Love the call-back (call-forward?) to Raiders of the Lost Ark and what might be a Star Wars reference during the swordsmen fight.

In the opening, don't know if you caught both Dan Aykroyd's cameo or the Club Obi-Wan easter egg.

And yeah, the feast scene is just...wildly stereotypical and offensive.

I saw Club Obi-Wan, though I missed the Dan Akroyd cameo.

It was good for the most part, but I think this might have been my least favourite Indiana Jones movie. (Definitely my least favourite of the original trilogy; I'd have to rewatch Crystal Skull and Dial of Destiny, but I think those are above this as well)

It's my least favourite of all of them, yeah. But in fairness, Last Crusade REALLY sets a high standard none of the others keep up to
