I am testing the new payment method we're introducing for America as requested by Mark (head of IT). Only, when I try to adjust the testing data to select the new option I am getting the screen shot of: not authorised

AP should be authorised. I believe this is an error due to it being a newly added procedure. May I please have access?

Which was basically a complete copy and past of what I sent before just with added screenshots

Then Mark came rushing in with a reply of: Sorry, ZZ. Forgot to give you access for testing. Please try again.

In my original email I even CC-ed in head of IT and had the attachment of his email requesting I test this new payment method.

I'm just so annoyed. The very first thing I said was: attached error log. Don't tell me I didn't check it when I attached it and was specifically asking about the error from the log.

I was expecting them to push back saying: why I was asking them for permission for something I'm not supposed to have access to.

That's why I CC-ed in and included the original email request that I test this before raising my IT ticket

I know IT get a lot of stupid questions every day all day. I try really hard not to be one of them. So it's really frustrating to get this response back.
