4 of them made their chrysalides on the floor so they are not in the pics. i moved them near the edge so they have something to climb onto when they come out

the black stuff attached is part of the caterpillar's shed exoskeleton when it becomes one with the chrysalis lol

grueling to clean the ones that were on the floor and place them carefully in the damn net (i dont really like the way they're made lol) but worth it!! hopefully they have a smooth transition!

THEY HAVE EMERGED. one came out deformed and on its back so i had to stick a qtip in there so he could grab it and he did and climbed up like he didn't have two wings fused together. bless him

i called him lefty cause his left is still good! ill prob take care of him after releasing the others cause he cant fly. or release him onto a plant so he can still be out there if his movement improves, cause i think his legs got a little fucked up too u.u

so plus lefty two more are out and totally fine!
