Got a new phone yesterday. Now I'm just waiting for the new phone case and screen protector, because I don't trust myself to not damage it in the short time it would take to get those.
unfortunately, what I had hoped would be a quick hour long, at most, task ended up being an all day affair because they couldn't just replace the phone in house.
Apparently the Roku phones tend to have a lot of issues (which explains why this one and the one it replaced, both crapped out so quick), and they just won't supply them, or replace them anymore. But they also wouldn't upgrade me for free.
So I had to go to Best Buy and get a whole new phone on my own dime. Not too happy about that, but I wasn't gonna complain to the people working there. they were cool and advised us as best they could. Even said it would be cheaper to go to Best Buy then it would be to upgrade through the T-Mobile store.
