I love how the Doctor's first reaction to seeing a Silurian is "Hello. Are you a Silurian? What do you want? How can we help you?"

The gratuitous/excessive kazoo usage makes the chase in episode 5 much less serious haha

The Silurian plague uncomfortably reminds me of Covid, with people insisting that nothing is wrong and knowingly or unknowingly spreading it while going about their normal routine. (I realize that this could apply to any story involving a contagious disease, though)

Now I'm concerned that the Brigadier caught it since he touched the infected/dead man.

And Dr. Lawrence is an anti-vaxxer even in the face of one of his staff dying from the virus.

There was a shot where it looked like the Doctor had red marks on his hand, but I'm not completely sure.

Never mind; he was partially bluffing.
