Upon arriving at 12 PM we were nearly an hr behind. By the end of the day, we were nearly 2 hrs behind. That's just on picking

We had 30+ minute waits with a full lot outside.

My managers don't mind me stopping if I need to use my nebulizer for some albutorol....but we were so behind and so short staffed that I couldn't.

And the only 2 managers that seem to give any sort of flying fuck about curbside weren't there today

So yeah....my day was shitty

Let me guess.
You're understaffed and either can't hire anyone due to the pay/conditions being to shit for anyone to take the job, or corporate won't let management hire any more people because that costs money. Or a bit of both.
