I can give you a rundown on what I had in mind

So in the eberron setting the wolf shifters don't go full wolf and are more wolfman (think the wolfman movie or teen wolf tv show, but I'd like the teeth to be more impressive than the teen wolf tv show since they do 1d6+4 worth of damage)

But I'd like him to be blonde and stay blonde in wolf form

Also, in the Eberron setting, he will still have slightly pointed ears in human form as well, but they'd be much smaller than in his wolf form

all that seems reasonable

Maybe ten of his human form, five of his wolf form

He's approximately 20 years old

This is the level of facial hair I was thinking in his human form:

And his mini has a braid with a lot of hair in front that's not in the braid, so I figure I'd stick with that (though his hair will be loose in wolfman form)

Also, he has a bouncy, bubbly personality and not a thought in his head because I used int and wis as dump stats
