Clearly, this invasion of twitchy constantly clicking/whirring robots will prove to be unstoppable! (I'm sure they'll be a threat, but they aren't making much effort to disguise their true nature)
I find it funny that the Doctor starts out the episode drinking ginger pop/ginger ale, since from what I recall from other stories, that's like alcohol to Time Lords.
My first thought was Autons, but their hand opens up when they start shooting.
The TARDIS just disappeared on its own - I'm guessing it's the HADS (the Hostile Action Displacement System)
Not sure if the alien that appeared at the end was a Sontaran - the nose looks too narrow/human-like.
Looking up a picture to refresh my memory, I suppose it could be Sontarans. Using robot duplicates to infiltrate Earth doesn't seem their style, though I suppose it's a quick way to conquer Earth so that they can save the bloody battles for their nemeses, the Rutans.
Never mind, Stigron has too many fingers.
I figured it was a fake town, but I wasn't expecting a fake Earth.
The third episode feels kind of slow.
Faraday definitely feels like "we couldn't get Nicholas Courtney to come back, so we'll just go with the closest lookalike that we've got"
Elisabeth Sladen does a great job with Sarah's frustration (and eventual resignation) about all of the problems in the Doctor's plan.
I'm glad that Harry and the Doctor do get to interact in this episode.
I guess I spoke too soon.
I thought Sarah Jane might have been replaced with an android again, though that wasn't the case.
Much like Planet of Evil, it was all right. I liked the sense of paranoia, where you couldn't be sure if someone was the real deal or an android, though it's not quite as good as the rest of the season. (though that's a high bar to clear)
