Not familiar with these, though I assume Zeta is a test-run for the DCAU's original show The Zeta Project.

I'm surprised Barbara doesn't try to work with Terry more often. (It would avoid situations like the one at the start of the episode)
This reminds me of Over The Edge from Batman: The Animated Series.
(so I'm guessing Barbara is hallucinating or trapped in a simulation)
I thought Final Cut would have to do with movies, but it's the undead-looking assassin from earlier episodes. (Curare)
Haha "just like all the others... She's wiped his mind!" Ah, the mind-erasing gas from Talia's first appearance makes its return.
The therapist Dr. Wheeler is clearly a supervillain in disguise, though I'm not sure which one. (Spellbinder? Not sure if that would be too soon since he just appeared)
I think this might be the first time in Batman Beyond that the show's theme has been played over an action theme.
Starting Sneak Peek - I think I remember the ending of this episode.(Unless this villain appears more than once)
With the comment about molecules vibrating to pass through solid objects, I'm surprised the Flash wasn't referenced. (Even vaguely)
I remembered seeing Ian Peek drift through bedrock and towards the Earth's core, but I must have misremembered since that didn't happen in the episode itself.
The Eggbaby already feels like a comedic relief episode. (Also, the head criminal Mama sounds familiar)
Terry saying "the Baby" before the commercial break gave me flashbacks to Metroid Other M. ("The baby. The baby. The baby.")

Continuing Zeta - I thought that Zeta had a humanoid face rather than a U-shaped one.
I thought that Zeta would find out about Terry's identity when Zeta was disguised as Max, or that Terry would cause trouble for himself by trying to stop shady government workers, though neither of those happened.
