I'm not sure how to handle this since my THREE cats are feral-ish and I can't lure them inside most of the time, so feeding them inside isn't an option

but I also cannot afford to feed a whole colony

I also have never seen MOST of them

one I know because he belongs to the person next door (well, next house)

but the rest ??????????????????????????????????????????????????

how the fuck am I supposed to handle this?

I can't even neuter all the females in my area, it's super expensive <<

ANd one of them is the mom of the kittens so taking her away is... a problem

I'm not an animal hoarder. I felt my stomach drop when I opeend the door and the balcony was FULL

three cats was a stretch andd it kind of just 'happened'.

literally all my cats dropped between my arms, I can't rember the last time before my current acquarium I CHOSE to adopt someone

(and it was budgies, not felines. Two budgies when my grandma was still alive so AT LEAST 15 years ago)

I asked for advice around and contacted the local library for help if anyone can be interested in cats buy my hopes are SLIM

Hell, I don't want more cats. it would mean not being able to take care of the ones I own properly. And I'm big into 'don't take more than you can handle' in thia area because who you own should be treated with love and care

and my finances would be spread FAR too thin to give them all proper medical attention and quality food

I also kind of planned to start saving (again) next month becaue I'd LOVe to have a kid, eventually, and I'm close to have what I need for IV and I want to have a proper cushion before considering that step properly
